Evolution Tungsten Flipping Weights are constructed of 97% pure tungsten. Tungsten is 1.8 times heavier than the same size lead weight, which allows the smaller tungsten weight to penetrate heavy cover with ease. Since they are 40% smaller, the fish’s mouth doesn’t have to open as much on a hook set which could cause the hook point to not grab the fish on larger lead weights. All weights are insert-free, and the inside is diamond polished to eliminate line fray. An ultra-tough powder coating process keeps these weights from chipping under heavy abuse, and is available in a variety of colors to better match your bait.
